SHIPPING POLICY
Our deliveries for online purchases are shipped using Standard Delivery within 1-3 working days. Alternatively we offer a Click & Collect service for next day collection and delivery within a 5 mile radius of Frant.
RETURN POLICY
Any product (excluding any consumables or floral decorations) can be returned within 14 days if it’s unsuitable or has arrived damaged, for either exchange or a refund. Please complete the “return reason” section on the reverse of your dispatch note, detailing each item, quantity, and why you are sending the item(s) back. Place this form in your parcel, along with your items and return to:

Please note, any products purchased in our shop cannot be returned via mail and should be returned directly to the shop for a refund or exchange. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition. If you have received a faulty item please ensure you have completed the "faulty" section of the return form.
